Another question. I've read the threads, and would love some feedback. How well does this play with Colonial Charter 176?

Thank you all. :) Will try it with CC176 - I I found it. One version has the canals in it, the other doesnt.

I note the canal modding is in rk editor's choice. When i check out NMT Canal Mod - it has specific versions for Nvidia and the other graphics cards. Wich one is rk editors choice canal parts set for? IS this why it crashed my game weks ago, because my PC has a Nvidia card?

radeon one will work for both, but a nvidia one will make water pink on radeon. so at the end, i only considaring one (radeon one) for both cards since it work perfectly for both.

thats the only one updated to 3.1
and the icons are inside Community Icon, MC icon.

now if you still use NMT2.04 ... you need to never go click on the old RK icon => MC or you will crash if you are doing so.

Another question. How well does Red Ketchup's editor choice full play well with Colonial charter '76:? Load order? And is there place wher ethe productiobn lines in RK's mod are prsented - I hate building a .. and not actually have a use for it.

I use the mod with latest versions of MM and CC, I also have the No Smoke from Buildings mod from BLS website at the very top (I find it helps slightly with fps when you're much further into the game). I did try out only using RK's mod and CC before without megamod, and they work really well together.

One thing to look out for is the change in production of bricks/glass. I think that having the CC mod installed makes it so that you will require Furnace Fuel (introduced by CC I believe) rather than using Firewood for making bricks and such. I know that RK has a standalone mod out there to address it for the kiln building I believe (I'm yet to test this but I only recently downloaded it so I'm going to try it out).

If you are using RK's mod on top of CC, that will give you the textures and map choices/starting conditions from his mod over the one on CC, and vice versa. If RK's mod is on top and it's one of his maps you play on, then 'domesticated animals' won't spawn randomly on the map (I've never had luck getting any through the wild shephard either). But there is a stable which you can build using logs & stone which allows you to give feed (200 barley/oat/corn) to it in order to generate 1 domesticated animal - I believe this building comes from Megamod (which I have at the bottom of my list). I've not seen it brought in by any trader yet personally, so can't comment on that bit.

But overall, they work really well together I think! There are a few buildings that have multiple options (such as Bakery), and they have a slightly different production process, but it's just a case of deciding which one you want yourself.

Thank you Imarfecto, you gave a perfect answer. :) OK,I will try RK on top of CC. I don't do mega mod - my PC never finishes loading it. BTW, the stable to produce domesticated animals is in cc175/6. Yes, CC adds furnace fuel to make glass and bricks.

Not sure about RK's standlaone kilm building, will look it up and see what it does. Thank you again - appreciate your insight and help. Perfecto! :)

if you use the full 1.0 RK Editor Choice you dont need nmt3.1 canal. it is included
if you use RK Ed light, and still want the canal you can put NMT3.11 canal system below RK Ed

if you put CC above, you wont get my maps, my animals, my meadows, all my wild 3D environement enhancements. to get those, RK Ed need to be ontop. thats the way the game works and we cannot do nothing about it. only 1 map generator is working at the time.

Thaanks RK. I do undertand about load order. I guess I wasn't specific enough. However, I'l give your mod priority (load first) and just see how it affects the productuion chains...
