The malthouse produces vast quantities of malt, that doesn't app[ear to be consumed by the tavern when producing beer. I had thousands of malt product, and hundreds of beer with no end in sight to the stuff! (which should not be a problem in reality, but alas, its a computer game!)

The tavern's list of products seems strange too - peach ale? fruit makes liqueur or wine, not ales (unless added for flavour). But that's nit-pick.
