Aim bug that's been with the addon since release.
So, uh, they don't aim at targets.
What do I mean by that? I'm glad you asked!

They aim about half a player's height ABOVE their target, no matter what the target is, and no matter how tall their target, they will always aim about half a human's height over the target's center mass. This applies to ALL the NPCs, and they only get kills through their average proficiency on spawn, aka, ♥♥♥♥ aim and spread control. The issue is, this makes their fights... unsatisfactory, because they're not even aiming at each other, but rather consistently above each other.

This isn't a problem with VJ base either, I assure you, because these idiots are the only NPCs on the workshop that I could find who can't aim their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guns, regardless of base, weapon, origin, etcetera. However the hell these guys have had their aimpoint coded, it's absolutely RUINED by the fact that no matter how good their aim is, they aim way above their target consistently.
Just spawn an enemy one, and stand still. Not a single bullet will hit you. They'll all whizz past your head. ANY enemy. Even the bazooka dudes. Come on, man.

Quick update on the situation, the aimpoint seems to be fine, it's the WEAPONS that are screwed. They have an upwards and slightly to the right firing offset, all of them, you can even check that by taking control of the NPCs and trying to fire at a point. This is somehow getting even more confusing, cause how do you ruin all the weapons, including the bazooka, with the exact same offset, cause there's no way they were all done on the base flawed weapon template...

use DOD weapons not DOD source weapons, there is a diffrence
