What about having Icy refreshment function similarly to bloodsucker and consume nearby ice to heal you?
This is just my opinion from glancing over the skills, I'd need to test them to see how wintersoldier would actually play out, but a 50% heal that presumably still gets buffed by hydro sounds incredibly powerful. each point of hydro buffs healing by 5%, 5% of a 50% heal would equal 2.5% additional max health healed per point of hydro, if you went straight into hydro you could have a 5 turn cd 100% heal that also comes with some cc immunity... assuming I'm not trash at math.
Not sure if this is intentional? however having a little be more physical damage to balance it would be rather nice.
Damage at lvl 12 (with 10 summon) is just under 100 at certain hits.
Though entirely up to you :D
The dragon terrify seems to be a bit overtuned, as well as winter soldier. The heal is a lot!
Love the mods keep up the amazing work
What I've been doing for testing is just using LaughingLeader's Debug mod to give myself some money, level up to 20 and buy them from the vendor.
I'll definitely consider it if people want it!
