No. Somebody just published it by incident, maybe he didn't know English enough to understand interface or something and you all, guys, turned this into some mocking theater and also pushed it up of Workshop recommended mod list by giving it tumb up. This just insulting to mastery of enginering of other people with how many really great creations are here.

Um english shouldnt be a problem, remember that update where it added support for all the languages? anyways, this isnt an insult to engineering, you still see good crafts.
Its more a joke of absurdity. Its absurd to upload a craft with 1 part compared to other crafts with hundreds, its pretty funny.

I think this makes for a good metaphor for all of society, in some unknown way. This is the first true piece of art to come onto the workshop. I agree with Yan, who definitely has said:
