How to change player model?
is not possible in the current csgo version

Is this a copy of the bf4 background?
is a modified version for my csgo community, if you have problems with this just dont use

CS:GO not starting ?
verify integrity of game files and try again using this > tutorial <

How to uninstall this background?
go to CS:GO local files
delete the panorama folder(Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\panorama)
verify integrity of game files(library > right click on csgo > properties > local files)

Error when trying to extract the file?
reinstall your winrar[www.win-rar.com] or 7-zip[www.7-zip.org]

its not possible anymore because of 12th july update from valve which broke the command for custom models. only way is to modify the actual default model file which will not allow you to go into vac secure servers so you cant play competitive or anything like that if u do it only some community servers

It gives me an insecure VAC flag when I launch, is this normal or did I do something wrong?

you did something wrong :skul:
look in the launch options if there is -insecure and delete
