In the Map Editor, this mod is functional. It will generate parallel roads as expected, however if you click the icon, it works at first, but eventually stops. It ends up stuck in the on OR off setting, and clicking the icon does nothing.

If you force the mod to "off" with control-P, the window will not re-appear.

The ony way to recover this is to save the map and restart the editor.
