Hello, so I have analyzed the issue thoroughly. At first apologies, it seems that I missed the icon in the toolbar, so I was able to use this mod by clicking on the icon. At least now it works with all the mods and assets, I want to use.

But even in vannila game with no asset or mod except for this one or the BETA version, I cannot open the UI by the shortcut. The shortcut works only for closing the window, but it has to be open by the UI icon in the left part of the toolbar.
