Button not even appearing...

I can't get this (or the Beta version) to appear. I have it subscribed and I have two other mods (TM:PE and Roundabout Builder). I have rebooted a couple of times too (after neither stable or beta worked).

Any ideas?

I had the same issue and then installed Fine Road Anarchy. It seems this mod *requires* more than optionally installing it. The link is on the front page of this mod. Click and sub to that as well. It should then appear. I closed the game completely and re-opened it up to be sure it was loaded properly. HTH
