You load the scout model, then right click on it in the set editor, then click import then animation.
Then navigate to game\workshop\elements\fortniteemotes\ and click one then you're done.

Yes, I am new to source, it defaulted to the this pc shortcut. And I figured it out, thanks for the help libtard.

So basically sometimes the model spawns somewhere so follow the control point and there you go its not invisible but the model spawns somewhere random
