I'd say 50% less ammo 25%(-ish) more damage 50% smaller fire hitbox size

Here is my idea :

{+} 20% Longer flame
(+) +10% Movement speed while running
(-) -90% Damage against buildings
(-) -50% Smaller afterburn time.

When i look at the stats i made now, this would'nt be too good of a weapon. But the additional range and the movement speed would make this a great weapon for charging.

+15% longer range
when you kill you regain 25 health(only with flamethrower)
air blast takes 50 ammo to use
successful reflect hits do NOT deal mini-crit damage
successful reflect hits deal 25 less damage

considering the sharp pike at the end of it, i might as well consider these stats:

-10% damage of both base fire damage and afterburn
-no airblast
alt-fire: lunges the end of the flamethrower to an enemy, dealing 20% more damage than the fire axe
-pike does not do random crits

personally you need more insentive, perhaps the alt could be a demoman type charge with a recharge, rather then a poke that has no reason to be used over standard flamethrower fire

+los enemigos no pueden apagar tus llamas (solo un medic puede apagar las llamas)

+ the enemies can not put out your flames (only a medic can put out the flames)
The fire bunker? Sounds interesting. Needs a sturdy idea for such a strong name...

(Hidden stuff)
This weapon would have the same mechanics as the Dragon's Fury. Fireballs, Airblast, and the recharge from shooting and hitting.

+ 25% Bullet damage resistance while active
+ 25% Blast damage resistance while active.
+ On kill: recover 20hp

- 20% Damage penalty.
- Airblasts cost 5 ammo.

A very simple concept. This pyro is meant to charge head first, possibly being medibeamed, into battle with this bad boy out. He's gunna take damage from two very common sources of damage: Bullets and Explosions. And should he get close enough for a one two punch from this bad dragon ripoff, he's going to get a sweet juicy 20hp recovery from that.

These are offset from the airblast and damage penalty. The airblast is meant to make up for the fact that if he screws up, he wont be punished too hard. (And yknow, crockets can be kinda bs.) But the real downside is that each of these Dragon farts is dealing 20% less damage, including the bonus damage. This means you need to pick your targets wisely, and aim carefully so your shots count, and you get that sweet crit when they arent expecting it.

Stats

Hidden stat:same reach as Dragon's fury (500~ hu)

+same fire rate as shotgun
+75 dmg on hit at all ranges
+25% blast and bullet resistance

-no air blast
-50% afterburn damage

Animation: the spike rapidly extends 500~ hu each time it's fired and it glows red hot each time
