all body parts that replace whole limb like advanced archotech leg it replace leg but foot, femur, toes etd. it get stat boost but it is removed and make problem when trying to wear specyfic clothes only for these parts like footwear from mods only way to fix it is use character editor to remove status from parts and removed parts can't by replaced, simply all parts that need to by replaced by archotech limb got removed and act like ghost limb
