NPC Mod Creates Severe Lag after Recent Ark Update

I'm also using the following mods in the following order:

Structures Plus (S+)
Builders improvements (vanilla improved)
Advanced Rafts
Awesome SpyGlass!
HG Stacking Mod 10000-90 V315
Auto Engrams!

Anyone having same issue and what can I do to resolve the lag?
