unable to pickup npc's?

Can NPC's tame animals? like when theyre raiding base while riding raid dinos?

I can't find any Human NPCs whereas mod is installed and activated.

Hello, Do i have to do something in a file or something to see effect in game?
I created a solo game with the mod active and i visit island and see nothing about them.
(i'm not used with mods so any help is welcomed)

Fixed !!! I play with them now. (or truth is they attack me! xD)
In fact i had just to add in GameUserSettings.ini the part to activate the mod as explained on this page:
