I can't find any Human NPCs whereas mod is installed and activated.

Can NPC's tame animals? like when theyre raiding base while riding raid dinos?

unable to pickup npc's?

so i just tamed a couple human npc's and also have Ark Creatures mod. i have my dragon and is it just me or are we just not able to pick up these human's with anything??
