Add the ability for NPCs to tame

Players can put a Do Not Attack Sign to prevent base attacks.

NPC's in caves

Heya, awesome mod!
We've encountered your NPC's in caves, that in itself is not a bad thing per se, though it's a bit immersion breaking they co-exist with the fauna in there. The problem is they are glitched through the terrain and firing flaming arrows from the walls. Any fix for this?
