The doors do not respond to the +use command.
Because this map was made for the Half-Life 2 Roleplaying gamemodes where they use factions to determine who can open which door, the doors have their default 'use' state removed.

If you wish to open the doors in singleplayer or sandbox, you need to open console and type:

(Make sure you are looking at the door you want to open!)
