It's not like everyone hate this. It's just that a little few peple got triggered by these ears and they just can't stfu and just mark it as "not interested". Since somehow long ears on Nova looks offensive to them and probably make her a tiny bit "sexier"... and that after DE released Octavia Delux and Khora... and do I need to remind why we like Mirage so much? And no, they doesn't looks even remotely like those on playboy logo and actually resemble those belonging to Viera race from FF12. I seriously dunno what's wrong with these people.

Well, the skin itself has some negative history with it. Back sometime in March I believe, the creator of this skin had released a much more "basic" version. It was called "nova pinou" and it looked like almost zero effort was put into it. It would also seem that the skin's creator had taken it down or had made the original skin hidden or something, because I can't find the original submission page anywhere. You can still see the whole skin (and the stupid carrot sword that went with it) on google images though, so I would recommend you look that up just to see what it was like back then. Looking at the old skin you could obviously see what people meant by it being inspired by a playboy bunny, plus the ears were just horrible. Honestly, the people who had legitimately wanted that skin to be in the game (A.K.A Furries and weebs) should be ashamed of themselves. Now the new skin here obviously has more effort put into it, and if this skin were to have been released before the pinou it probably wouldn't be getting as much hate as it is.

Also, I think that everyone can agree that the carrot sword is stupid and won't ever get in the game no matter what.

TL:DR- the skin has bad history and people don't want it to be in the game because of it, myself included.

@AetherBreeze (idk if that even works anymore) But i wouldnt say you should be ashamed of themselves, maybe this person was just getting into modeling, and honestly this workshop may have been a play just to show it and get feedback, Its not JUST for getting ur skins into the game, it doesnt matter if an idea is stupid they can still add it, whats wrong with having humor or being silly :(

Yeah, except the original creator has had experience in modeling, plenty of it in fact. If you were to look at their earlier submissions, you could see a major difference in quality. Hell, many of the creator's past submissions are already in the game. So this isn't really a sort of case where it's some kid trying to get something out there as a first attempt, but more so a fairly recognized creator hoping to get another skin into the game not by impressing people with it's quality, but by being able to make people's ♥♥♥♥♥ hard. Also, the first submission wasn't a sort of joke or anything like that, because if it was, the creator wouldn't be making a second attempt at a "bunny" nova.

personally i never saw it as a fap toy, i think its cute and cool, like the bunny ears on easter i love putting them on rhino prime lol
