you should check your addon folder, if you still have the .gma you could decompile it and reupload it

i have uninstalled gmod various times since i last used the mod.

i dont have it, at all.

It exists, i have it. But it's hidden by the author the page is https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1815037452 but it's hidden
