What are the modifiers of the AI for accepting each type of demand ?

Yea for some reason every time i demand something they just say yes. i practically annex Hungary as CZE

I do believe the ratio of your divisions to the ai's divisions decides. if you have 1k divisions and the ai has 2, it is a higher chance than if you had 2 and the ai had 1k
