Yeah some have reported this although i've never seen it myself. Maybe try turning off the reflections in game.

There are some other missing textures, though. Are any textures from any other games? Like does it use CS:S or L4D textures?

it should only use like hl2 (gmod) textures and everything else is included. idk if gmod has taken out some textures over the year I dont think so.
