Enigma guess

The skin seems to be inspired by Enki of the Gurren Lagann anime. The name enki is also shared by the Sumerian god of water, knowledge, mischief, crafts, and creation and the skin strongly resembles the appearance of a god

I honestly just thought it was based on Gurren Lagann as in the giant mecha.
Torso looks like it has a face on it, and the broken halo is pretty iconic of it as a mech too.
