Suggestion: Different skill based help requests
Love the mod, It made my colonies come out of their turtle shells and start interacting with the neighbors the first time after about 300 hours of gameplay.

I would like to suggest to make the help wanted quests for more skills not just for the growers.
The interaction would be the same, but based on different skill and would end up with a different reward.

Shooting:
- hunting expedition (I know there is already something like this, but it generates a map and I have to actually hunt things down) It would be just like with the growers, go to place press button, your people join them and stay on tile for x amount of time, after timer runs out, they get some meat and some goodwill, in extremely succesful cases maybe they give you some tech lvl apropriate weapons.
- shooting competition; you send a guy there to compete against the locals, winner gets something, maybe takes silver to enter the competition.

Mellee:
- prize fighting comeptiton (same as above just with melle)
- enforcer needed: after change in leadership faction leader needs help to enforce their new and better policies, they pay in silver or in goods.

I'm sure you get the idea, I can think of a few for every skill, but right now I'm very very lazy to type them all in here...

Hope you can improve on the quest diversity with this, or with anything else...

Thanks for feedback! Sounds great. I really like the idea, but considering RimWorld has a dozen or so different skills, I think it would become too much of a good thing.

I am working on something like that "competition" you mentioned, and I am exploring more possibilities along those lines! Exactly the type of thing where skills matter.
