There are also a myriad other mods out there that let you change the rate of trade ships, not to mention the scenario editor supplied with RimWorld itself. I'd recommend Adjustable Tradeship by Kiame Vivacity or Mining Co. Spaceship by rikiki. Actually come to think of it, that latter mod comes pretty close to what you want.
