Used SteamCMD to install the DOI dedicated server, then workshop command and creating the "subscribed_file_ids.txt". Followed the instructions to set up the server config, but when I join the server on the same machine the game is all messed up, no ground textures, white wire mesh showing, no player models, no weapons. Same on every map & mode.

The practice mode works fine, once I join the server once, it breaks the game until I restart it and practice mode no longer works without missing models and errors.

I have deleted everything and started over several times, behaves the same way on 2 different systems.

I have been hosting DOI and Insurgency dedicated servers for years, no issues before hosting & playing on the same machine.

All out of things to try.
