Guide for finding all timepieces!
Hello, this is a guide that will help you in your quest to finding all of the breathing sea's timepieces! Also, don't forget you can check the computer's timepiece index inside valdro's magic shack!
  • 1. Fishing Resort: This one is super easy, no one will miss it. When you first get to the fishing town, the time piece will appear. Getting this time piece will initiate free roam mode.

  • 2. Hide n seek: After you Beat "Above The Clouds" The shapeshifter will appear in the fishing Resort. Talking to her will initiate a hide n seek minigame. The player will have to find her 3 times before she accepts defeat and gives her time piece to the player. The first location will be on the second floor of the fishing town, disguised as a box, walk up to it and press interact. The second location will be a flower box in the small forest right nex to the Fishing Resort. The third and finale location is on the docs in front of the resort, she will be disguised as a barrel.

  • 3. Purple Ember Forest : for this time piece, you need to enter the purple forest (the entrence is at the front, follow a pon trail and get trapped in snatcher's trap) then complete all of snatcher's contracts to receive a timepiece.

  • 4. Old Tower : If you look around in the main sea map, you'll see a huge tower, go to it and climb it, at the top will be a nice shiny time piece.

  • 5. Sand Castle: Go to joffrey's sand castle, on your first arrival, the castle guards will be hostile to you. Once you infiltrate the throne room and talk to joffrey, you will become the queen of the castle. After that, you have to complete 3 time rifts to bring back gold to joffrey until he is satisfied. After the third time rift, he will give you a time piece.

  • 6. Above The Clouds: Climb to the top of the Sand Castle then ride the robot hook until you hit a loading zone that will transport you to "Above The Clouds". Complete the map to obtain a time piece.

  • 7. Dweller Realm: inside the forest, you will find some twilight ruins, climb on them to reach 2 alpine mountains, you will see a timerift portal, jump inside it to be teleported to "Dweller Realm". Complete the map to obtain the timepiece.

  • 8. New Eden: this timepiece takes a lot more time to get. When in the main sea map, look around you and you will see a big snow globe. Go to it and enter the snowglobe by using the cave entrence in front. Once loaded in, move towards New Eden. Once you arrived at New Eden, go to the center of the town, inside the scientist's laboratory. Talk to him and he will give you things to do for him (placing a scanning device, completing the Frost Fire Cake, The Crystal lake and The mushroom forest. After doing those, he will give you a time piece.

  • 9. The Big Race: for this time piece, you will first have to meet Jim the turtle. You will find him in the water, under the house where the mafia alien chase took place. Talk to him and he will challenge you to a race that you cannot lose. After you win, he will teleport to the second race spot, follow the hat objective actor, he will challenge you to another race, this time, he can win. either use the Water Boots or the Time Stop Hat to win. After you win, he will teleport to the Fishing Resort, on the docs. Talk to him and he will open a door that grants you access to the Old colosseum. Enter the portal. Once you load in, talk to him and you will be challenged to a third and finale race. Once you win, a cutscene will play then get a time piece.

  • 10. Jim's Story: After beating Jim in the big race, go back to the old colosseum. Upon load, you will get a intruder alert, a time rift portal has appeared, jump in it to enter "Jim's Story". Complete the map to receive your time piece.

  • 11. Ocean Depths: Near the demon altar, you will find a big giant black hole in the sea. Jump in it to enter "Ocean depths". Complete the map to receive your time piece.

  • 12. Reverse Tower: After completing The Old Tower, a door will open in the Fishing Resort that grants you access to a time rift portal, that will teleport you to the Reversed Tower. Jump in the portal. Complete the map to receive your time piece.

  • 13. TimeRift: Pillar Alley: In front of the Old Tower, you'll find an underwater river with a bridge going across it. Under the bridge, there is a time rift portal, jump in it to enter Pillar Alley. Complete the time rift to receive your time piece.

  • 14. TimeRift: Blocky Mess: Hard to give direction for this one, in between the Fishing Resort and Joffrey's Sand Castle, you'll find a small "house" made of timerift blocks, in it, there is a time rift portal. Jump in the timerift portal to enter Blocky Mess, complete the map to receive your time piece.

  • 15. TimeRift: Under Water Jungle: in new eden, after obtaining the New Eden time piece, you will have access to a house containing a time rift portal. The house near the gate that leads to the Frost Fire Cake. Jump in the portal to enter "Under Water Jungle". Complete the time rift to obtain your time piece.

  • 16. Water Dash Tutorial Rift: This one is hard to miss. After first obtaining your water dash ability, Valdro will open a door of a house in the Fishing Resort that contains a portal that leads to the Water Dash Tutorial Rift. Enter the rift and complete it to obtain a time piece.

  • Gaining Acess To Kermit's Home.
    To gain access to Kermit's House, you will first have to find kermit. Kermit will first be located on a sea shell bed in near the Demon Altar. Talk to her and she will ask that you find he red shell, find the red shell and return it to her. After that, she will be in the Fishing Resort town. Talk to her and then she'll tell you that she lost the red shell AGAIN! UGH, you will find the shell in the water near Joffrey's Sand Castle, on the side that's closest to the old man's house. Return the shell to kermit. After that, you will have access to kermit's home, the giant shell that's in the water near the Fishing Resort.

  • 17. Become Cool : In kermit's Home, you'll see a wooden house with a time piece inside. To enter it, you'll have to talk to the crab then go around and take pictures to get fans in order to be cool enough to enter the club. Once you have reached the maximum amount of fans, talk to the crab and he'll let you enter. Grab the time piece.

  • 18. Crib Infiltration : once in kermit's home, you will see a giant wooden CRIBB, that's partially made of gold. A blue gangster hermit crab will be guarding the main door. Climb up the platforms on the left, break the planks with the witch hat and sneak in the cribb. Progress through the cribb to find a time piece. Be sure to loot the place! It contains a CD, a few water tears, yarns, tokens and many pons!

  • 19. Concert : After getting the Sand Castle time piece, posters will appear in the fishing resort, advertising a seahorse show. Talk to the conductor that is standing in front of one of those posters. He will ask you if you want to go see the seahorse musical band show, answer yes. Once you arrive at the Under Water City, talk to the receptionist to buy 2 tickets, for you and the conductor, then proceed where a gate unlocked. A cutscene plays and the condctor will ask you to go see why the show is not starting. Talk to the rainbow seahorse on stage and he will ask you to replace the missing member. Complete the parade and receive your time piece.

yeah real simple, single jump, dash, wait a bit then double jump then dive towards the end.

Hi! I'm enjoying the mod so far, but I have a question about the Big Race mission: Am I supposed to be able to use my water boots in the Grand Race portion in the old colosseum? Jim says something about magical boots before the race starts, but my boots and cape turn back to normal when I enter the colosseum.

EDIT: My boots and cape turn back to normal when I enter the ice globe as well.

Somehow none of the time pieces are showing up for me, it was working fine for the first 7, but now I haven't gotten the time piece from jim, the old tower was missing its time piece and I also couldn't get the time piece in above the clouds to spawn, any suggestions?

Edit: Nevermind for some reason the progress didn't save and she was back at the shell floor.

yeah that's a bug, you can't get the new eden time piece after it has appeared and you leave the map
