+20% Damage resistance from all projectiles
+10% Shield recharge rate
10% Fire vualnerability on wearer
-5% Shield charge time

It litteraly says Shield Is Two Of The Stats And Has Resistance... IT'S THE
SHIELD!!

Positive Stats:
High Knockback when hit a player while charging
+30% Fire Resistance
+30% Bullet Resistance
+15% Shield recharge rate
Negative Stats:
-45% Charge Damage
Broken when there´s to damage in front of the player
-30% Projectile Vulnerability

what would happen if you just rid the charging ability and just add more resistance types?

90% resistance to knockback from all sources
50% more knockback on hit
50% charge refill on hit


CONS
150% less turning control while charging
charge doesn't grant crit nor mini crit
1.0sec less charge time
