I voted yes, but feel like it could be a bit more simple, anyone else
Personally, I just feel like it could be more along the lines of a pipe bands base drum (a simple beat at marching pass, occasionally with some flare)

the intro and outro are good, and I LOVE the idea, I just feel as if it needs to be a bit more simple.

However, if this made it in how it is I would love it no matter what state it's in, good job man!
