How do you get the future acts of Tusk?

Do you just find them in rooms or do you having to fight some crusty ass confederate or indian to get further acts?

you can only find acts of Tusk in treasure rooms now, but he will upgrade every 2 or 3 floors soon

Tusk's ACTs spawn in floors 3,5 and 7 now
