has AOE that makes a visible gas stay for 7 seconds. If an enemy goes into the gas they will barely be able to see and has 15% speed penalty for 10 seconds.
Effect can be removed by airblast.

Pros
+ On hit: enemies are soaked in flammable gas for 3 seconds
+ 50% increased damage (45 consistent damage per shot, no falloff)
Cons
- Doesn't automatically reload on holster
- Can't burn enemies
+15% damage.
-50% slower firing speed.
Cannot coat multiple enemies.
the flare gun isn't stock. (i get it, its being pedantic, but you dont need to keep posting 'stock reskin' in a stats ideas discussion).
