My mod will be compatible with the NewSkirmisher mod, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will have full functionality. Since the NewSkirmisher mod made a different version of Full Throttle and replaced the perk, Full Throttle won't have Implacable when you're using it with the NewSkirmisher class. Zero In and Interrupt should work fine, though.
