Is it possible to get the base stats at level 1 posted?

I'm a bit worried that it a bit more powerful then I am looking for. I play solo (sometimes with a mates) PVE on my own dedicated server, after watching a few videos people have put up where it tears through 5 equal level Rex's at once with ease and slaughters an equal level Alpha Carno.

Main problem from viewing seems to be too high rate of attack.

I'm not a fan of dinos that are so way off the norm, don't like the vanilla giga for this reason and have been looking at either of these mods to alter it (I feel it forces you to play in a janky way, easy to take out by training it into lava/water etc, don't try and take it on with dinos unless you like losing tames) .

So, where does it spawn and how tough is it currently?

(extra info, my wild dinos spawn up to level 300).
