Soo..

I am not sure if I am being retarded and messing something up or not, but

I am using 2.4.1 update I downloaded both the steam workshop mod and the program. There is nothing showing up under the available games. I tried running the program before the save file was created and after it was created but it didn't help. The program is saying
* stellarisdashboard.dash_server - WARNING - Could not find a game matching * over and over again. I am not sure what am I messing up.
