I think the first thing that goes wrong is when it says (in white text) Error: <"Can't get a consistent path to setup script from installation directory"> (My path which boils down to my Stellaris directory)(Also tried my desktop)

THEN Red text pops up saying (In install file directory) "env/Scripts/python.exe" -c "import setuptools, tokensize;_file_=" (file directory) "/setup.py"; f=getattr(tokensize, 'open', open)(_file_);code=f.read().replace('/r/n', '/n');f.close().exec(compile(code,_file_, 'exec'))"develop --no-deps" failed with error code 1 in (file directory) and this apparently does not allow the program to instal correctly because i can't run the program it should be installing
