Probably a stupid question, but...
Do I need to run the program every time I load a save, or do I only need to run it when starting a new game?

Sorry for responding so late, the important thing is that the dashboard has to run the entire time while the save files are created, so usually, while you are playing the game.

I recommend having it run from the beginning of the game, but I think for the most part it should also work with games that are already in progress.

I think he means to ask regarding one save file. Naturally, you wouldn't finish a game in one sitting, so I think he wants to know if he has to run it each time.

In my opinion, if I understand correctly, is that it requires the use of the background program, so there is no dashboard if you don't run it.
