Does this work for version 1.4?

I have version 1.4

Im getting an error that says the following:

Mod [SYR] Set Up Camp uses an older API version (mod:01, current: 03)

Works for me, but i added the mod after starting the settlement. if theres trouble during world-gen, just add the mod after world-gen

Works absolutely fine for me. However, the mod appears to be abandoned, and is close-sourced. I guess we'll need an alternative one soon.
