Use on classes and or states
Fills 100% of heavy's mini gun ammo. repleniesh 75% of engineer's metal or fills 100% of his ammo, fills 50% of soldier's rage meter of any baners on soldier, and all of his ammo not the cow mangler 5000. Go's on melee or on the seconary slot. only on heavy, engineer, or soldier.
