i already tried disabling everything

i cant change the game engine, you have to fix the issue by getting a new pc

I have forgot to tell you this, My PC is still new and I build it like two or three years ago I think? Its running on Windows 10 and it does not run on directx8 but now its running the latest version of directx12 this year.

It appears in most weapons with high FoV, but this one is the most noticable one by just looking up:

My gamer theory is that the jigglebones on the viewmodel cause it to bug out like this, the same thing happens with other viewmodels that have jigglebones.
Perhaps the feathers are the cause of this?
