Jasin received info from what he thought was a trusted source, a "friend", that there was a perfect oppurtunity to enact his vengeance on Emperor Tengu of the United Cities. Jasin couldn't resist but to take up this "oppurtunity", but it was a set up. His friend was paid off, and they were going to rid of this menace Jasin once and for all so Emperor Tengu can return to sleeping without worry of a blade being slipped into his back by the Assassin known as Jasin. But they failed, Jasin managed to dodge a few blades and slip past and out run them. Now on an attempt on the emperor's life, Jasin has a higher bounty than ever, and with the betrayal of someone he called friend, he is colder than ever.
