The "Custom Scenes" Window showes up, but contains nothing

How to replace the skybox?

I'm trying to change the skybox in those map using this skybox pack (using "Object Explorer" mod)

And for that I have to delete the existing skybox in the map, so the new skybox can show. Does anyone know how?

Or if there's another way to change it.
