We're waiting!
Loki skin is already in game, so we are waiting for artist to rework it. I realy believe that it'll be in game in Tennogen 18.

Don't rush it. They may have started working on it. These things take time.

That said I would love it if they made some form of public announcement saying they were working on it, or if they weren't. They certainly don't owe us the wings, but we're all hoping and it would ease the apprehension to get some form of confirmation.

I think I've been following this syandana and the skin almost since it's creation, and the skin is currently what I use on my nidus despite the fact that I have the deluxe skin (At least I got the hemlinth doggo skin), so being told it's never going to happen is better than no information at all, at least to me.
