My option;

When Active:

+10% Damage.
+20% Resistance against explosives.

-50% Clip-size.
-20% Firing. speed.

Good stats

It looks like an advanced stock syringe gun, so:
+10% damage
+25% firing rate
+50% projectile speed
-25% slower reloading
+10% damage from all sources recived

20% more accurate
20% damage bonus
Piercing bullets- can hit multiple players with 1 shot
On kill: +10% Ubercharge
20% Slower Ubercharge Build Rate
20% slower firing speed
20% slower move speed while active
10% slower weapon switch

+35% More accurate,
+ Never arches,
- As range increases, damage goes down by 5.
- Does only 85% Dmg to scouts,
+ On hit, increases Uber Meter by 1% (Or 5%)

Why are there such dull stats on every thread like this? Enough of this % stuff, give us some real inventive and game changing mechanics like; Adds double jump to Medics movement set, or upon kill teleport to dead corpse. Those are ♥♥♥♥ ideas, but at least they're different.

Actually you are right. I was onto the same thing not so long ago.

Plus, this thread is quite old. And I wanted to introduce some defence for the Medic.

-50% less ammo per clip
-5% Firing Speed
-8% WalkSpeed while active
If you point down and hold fire you will do a syringe jump but when you run out of ammo in your gun you will fall

sounds grood to me... only... maybe give or take... -15% clip size and +5% uber for each hit.

i think medic needs some attack-focused team support, maybe -15% damage but targets hit take minicrits, -10% reload speed. so you would rain the battlefield with these and your pocket would deal the damage, like a minikritzkrieg
