oh my god........ *sigh*
it says.... in the description... to bind a key.....

STEP 1: ACCESS CONSOLE BY PRESSING THE TILDE KEY (ITS THE BUTTON RIGHT BELOW THE ESCAPE KEY, NEXT TO THE 1 KEY AND ABOVE TAB.)

STEP 2: TYPE "BIND X KICKINGCOMM" DO NOT ACTUALLY TYPE "X". X IS REPLACED WITH THE BUTTON YOU WANT TO PRESS TO KICK

STEP 3: PRESS THE BUTTON THAT YOU BINDED IT TO AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO KICK.
