Its just a game. I think most players would prefer having a vest written in English than in a language they cannot understand. I mean, if one of the TF2 characters was from China, wouldnt it be annoying if most items which had writing on them be on Chinese? No offense to Chinese people, this goes for any country in the world.

The text doesn't serve a function though, and having Russian text makes the vest fit in more with the Heavy's character, otherwise the vest might as well just be multiclass

Ok so if you have a German person (Disincluding medic) and you put a name on their sleve, would you have it German in an American server but the character is German, or would you have it English and not make ANY sence with a German character. See what i mean?

there are already chinese characters on the flying guillotine and the red tape recorder, so having different language text on another item wouldn't hurt imo

I want two styles one with police written on it and one with полиция written on it

Nobody cares, if the medic would have "polizei" written on it nobody would care, Having a russian person have russian text on their chestplate would be indeed pretty cool

look "l'étranger" is wrote in french in any versions of the game, so we don't really care if it's in english or not

Sure, but you should put "МИЛИЦИЯ" (Militsia (Soviet police)) instead of "ПОЛИЦИЯ" (Police) 'cause it's 1972 accordnig to lore

everyone in tf2 besides players speaks english and alot of signs are english one thing shouldnt determine if it should be french or russian half the people dont even know hes russian

We should have it be an option to change the text if we want, casue this is a super dope idea.
