A Balanced Stats Suggestion.
Pros
+ Crits from behind on burning enemies from close range.

Cons
- -50% Clipsize.
- -30% Reload Speed.
- -30% Damage.

It's the shotgun equivalent to both: The Axtinguisher and The Backburner
