These are really good stats, although you might want to raise the damage bonus to 20%, because 8 pellets per shot and 10% more damage per shot would actually lower the maximum damage ramp-up. Also, the slower reload speed might not be necessary.
i think instead of a slower reload speed, it should have 20% slower fireing rate, has its mini-crits on back would do way to much to fast at the normal firerate, especially with the damage bonus, and 10% it does 134 damage point blank, at 20% it'll do 146, both of which mean its an effective backstab on snipers, scouts, and so on. even without the damage bonus, it'll do 122 damage per shot, so I think the rest is fine, just I dont think it'll need the extra damage and it should have slower firerate instead of slower reload. Like the backburner, it got its extra damage removed because of the crits.

To make up for the weapon's lack of ammo, it's passive effect gives your primary more ammunition.
