some possible stats

PROS:
+Mini-Crits Burning Enemies
+Mini-Crits from Behind
+Crits Burning Enemies from behind
+Alt-Fire:Shoots a Flare (The Flare's Damage and Burn Damage is weaker than the Flare Gun's) (Flare has 5 sec recharge maybe) (Flare Mini-Crits Burning Enemies)

CONS:
-34% less Clip Size (4 shots)
-25% less Ammo (24 ammo)
-Can't shoot underwater
-Slower Firing Speed
-Lesser Damage
-No random Crits
