That's not a bug, that is intended. As you're not suppose to go back there as a normal player. You'll notice in the bottom right of that building a texture that says "Pripyat for FusionNetworks". That's the credit to my community and funding. It also includes the button from the description.

Скачал карту но текстур вообще никаких нету..Все черно-розовое..Как исправить???
