Where to get Sack of Salt
"A new type of vein will now generate on all biomes, called Salt Vein. Salt Veins can be mined for Clumps 'o Rock Salt, which can then be refined by a level 1 Cook and turned into Sacks of Salt."

took 4 hours to find this when it SHOULD have been on the main page.

Also if you want to go for Realism there are other methods to getting salt other than rock salt & that's a salt boiler which is a stone pit made so sea water can flow into it and as the water drys it leave behind salt that can be gathered it'd be nice to see this method of getting salt added in & could be craftable by Fishermen(diff mod) & Trapper and salt could be gathered by worker's.

I don't know if anyone is still reading this but I'm having problems getting all the items for trapper+ I can't get the smoke house or the thin leather no matter what I try any ideas. thx

ok so the smoke house is made BY the Trapper & ALL forms of leather need a tailor once your trapper gathers & tans pelts & hides, Salt is either baught from traders or Mined from the ground itself.

thats the thing my the smoke house isn't showing up in my trappers build menu. and the thin leather isn't showing up anywhere either.

ok have you tried unsubbing loading the game without the mod then closing & resubbing?

if you have ACE disable it & try I've yet to find a non ACE mod that plays well with it

don't have any of those the only mods I had where miner prof. and trapper+ still can't find out where the problem is.

huh well my trouble shootings done... too bad this isn't generating an error log you could post that would be helpful.

rereading the problem though its almost acting like the mods disabled or somehow these items got removed...

sorry I couldn't help with the problem lets how the author sees this though & best of luck man.

well,i would be very grateful if you could help explain how to get the wax (for making boiled leather), it has been bugging me for a long time

hmm the wax I want to say comes from animal fat & a chef tbh its been a year since I last played Stone Hearth.
