Then you can suggest it here.

Please also explain the game feature of the sound you want to exchange.

As example:

the news alert sound is only really funny in one instance during the chinese war alert spam, recommend changing it to something more general like Idubbz's DINGADINGADING

Because most of the time people just spam the ANNEX ALL STATES, so when the peace treaty is done, most people just started biulding an empire, kinda like serbia & the ottermen ( the ottoman empire).
AND because the serbia strong song has another name, ,,Remove Kebab"

Most of the time, people don't console annex, because that's literally just avoiding the entire game to make something on the map.

Most people either roleplay, or annex/puppet the whole country.
